The Company

Chantal is a company dedicated to selling, manufacturing, and developing orthopedic products in Brazil. For over 50 years, the brand has sought to prevent injuries and improve body mobility, developing products after identifying customers needs through research.

The Company works in partnership with doctors and suppliers, is also at international fairs, and exclusively distributes, in addition to its products, products from 9 other highly recognized international brands (Aspen, Thera-band, Sof Sole, Spenco, Sporlastic, Breg, Trigger Point, Oppo, Orliman).

The Experience

Working as an in-house graphic designer for the brand was an experience that allowed me to grow, learn and help others.

The brand reached an audience from all states of Brazil, being one of the biggest in the country.

As part of Chantal’s marketing team, my role was to develop and maintain visual communication.

The team developed and managed all the media for Chantal and over 3000 other stores in the country (events, product catalogs, social media, website, e-mails, and landing pages, customer service support material, internal marketing, and packaging design).

The Outcome

Regardless of the countrys economic recession, the brands sales always reached the goals established by the commercial department.
The marketing team has developed and put into practice several projects to help and educate our customers with great acceptance of its audience.
We developed ways to serve and assist users during the pandemic, facilitate service through materials and customer communication, expand our services, and achieve greater engagement on social media.
